We are on a mission to find passionate Casual Retail Assistant for our stunning Elka Collective store in David Jones Elizabeth Street, NSW.
In this role you:Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing customers with a unique Elka Collective experience, while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering a loyal clienteleActively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targetsEnsure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standardsEnsure product knowledge of apparel, footwear and accessoriesAssist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock roomAssist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as requiredAlways maintain a positive attitude and embrace the Elka Collective cultureThe skills and experience we are looking for:You have previous customer service experience (boutique experience is preferred, though not essential)You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situationYou are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiencesYou have strong communication and organisational skillsYou are a great listener and use feedback constructivelyJust some of the perks we offer you:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's entire stable of brands
