As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing, initiating, and managing allocated projects and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
This is a multi-disciplined role that requires you to have experience in civil construction, demolition, and building services.
This role is responsible for but not limited to:
Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders Work with the project manager to prepare RFI, Notices of delay, variations, and EOT submissions Provide weekly project reports to customer and project manager Manage staffing resources and processes in a high-pressure environment Develop positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Manage problems as an individual and a team member Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project Ensure strong commitment to WHS and environmental standards About You
5+ years experience in a site manager position with proven experience working on 10 Mil+ projects.
You would also have excellent time and people management skills, high attention to detail, and a safety-focused approach to work.
As the successful applicant, you will also have:
Australian citizen or able to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance (DCAC), National Police Clearance (NPC), and DCSI Ability to pass fitness for work, drug and alcohol assessments Construction White Card and Current driver's license A Senior first aid training certificate Efficiency using MS Project, MS Office Suite, and other project management programs.
Experience using Procore and Pronto (desirable, not essential) Willingness to travel to regional sites when required, LAFHA (living away from home allowance) provided About McMahon Services
