Early Career Psychologist | Boronia Clinic-based and TelehealthAdvance Healthcare has been providing multi-disciplinary services including psychology to the community for over 25 years.
We pride ourselves on the highest standards in health service delivery with an evidence-based approach to patient management. Chronic pain is complex and optimally treated in a multi-disciplinary pain management program (including physiotherapy, psychology, and medical).
Evidence on the effectiveness of our programs has been demonstrated compared to 120 other pain management providers in the Electronic Persistent Pain Outcomes Collaboration (ePPOC).
With seven clinics, we have high demand for psychology services for mental health problems, as well as multidisciplinary pain management. Advance Healthcare embraces inclusion and diversity and has a unique organisational culture and practitioner retention rate.

About this opportunity We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time psychologist (minimum 3 days per week) to join our multi-disciplinary team at our Boronia practice.

Above award rate with FT salary up to $110,000 + super (estimated approx.
$120k total package) for 38 hours/week including leaveWell suited to early career psychologists interested in developing skills in pain management and various psychological interventions (including ACT, CBT)Flexible hours and caseload mix of telehealth and face-to-face (primarily face-to-face).
A higher ratio of telehealth sessions is negotiable over time based on quality of clinical services providedComprehensive induction, and ongoing training and mentoring through our best practice clinical excellence program.
All practitioners are committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement of clinical standardsAnnual professional development allowanceCaseload size graduated depending on progress with induction and training, with caseload monitoring to ensure a balance of presentations (especially on commencement)Career progression pathways with regular individual support to achieve career goals internal and external to our groupOptions to work as a contractor to earn much higher income with flexibilityA robust and extensive professional referral network to grow caseload over time.
