Evidence on the effectiveness of our programs has been demonstrated compared to 120 other pain management providers in the Electronic Persistent Pain Outcomes Collaboration (ePPOC).

About this opportunity We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time psychologist (minimum 3 days per week) to join our multi-disciplinary team at our Hoppers Crossing practice.
More information about this role includes:
Above award rate with FT salary up to $110,000 + super (estimated approx.
$120k total package) for 38 hours/week including leaveWell suited to early career psychologists interested in developing skills in pain management and various psychological interventions (including ACT, CBT)Flexible hours and caseload mix of telehealth and face-to-face (primarily face-to-face).
A higher ratio of telehealth sessions is negotiable over time based on quality of clinical services providedComprehensive induction, and ongoing training and mentoring (individual supervision and group sessions) through our best practice clinical excellence program.
All practitioners are committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement of clinical standardsAnnual professional development allowanceCaseload size graduated depending on progress with induction and training, with caseload monitoring to ensure a balance of presentations (especially on commencement)Career progression pathways with regular individual support to achieve career goals internal and external to our groupOptions to work as a contractor to earn much higher income with flexibilityA robust and extensive professional referral network to grow caseload over time.
Practitioners can expect a full list of patients on commencement (with a reduced caseload if required during initial training)Industry leading reception and administrative support, including marketing and referral supportCollaborative team environment with regular case conference and team meetings, and support always available to support your growth to be an expert clinicianAdditional training opportunities depending on individual interests including research, business, technology, or clinical special interests (e.g., trauma, sleep)Work with over 70 expert medical and allied health professionals in a highly collaborative and culturally diverse team of physicians, psychologists, and physiotherapistsOptions to participate in our world-class clinical research projects (including publication opportunities) with a focus on persistent pain, mental health problems, and ACT/CBTAbout you Full registration with AHPRA (not probationary registration)A genuine interest in developing high-level clinical skills in psychology as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary pain management teamLooking for a long-term role with career opportunities to help you fulfil your potential clinically and commerciallyRecently purchased computer with Microsoft Office 365 installedHow to apply Apply via SEEK and please include your resume and cover letter.
