Looking for an Experienced Cleaning Supervisor
We offer world-standard Cleaning, Maintenance, and Security services in Australia.
Our family-owned and operated business has over 45 years of experience with supportive leaders and a great work culture.
We have an exciting opportunity for a cleaning supervisor to join our team.
Located in Burwood
Working Days: Thursday to Monday
Working hours: 9.30am - 6pm, 5 days a week
Key Accountabilities: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of cleaners, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities: Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
Apply cleaning chemicals and disinfectants following established guidelines.
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Requirements: The ability to use machinery will be highly regarded i.e., floor scrubbers, polishers, and buffers.
Friendly demeanour.
Punctual and reliable.
Current Police Check (mandatory).
Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory).
Have a great attitude & willingness to learn.
Take pride in your workmanship and have a good eye for detail.
