Job Description
About the role: Casual and Part Time roles availableYou will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashingBe responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipmentRecycling and removal of rubbishAssisting Chefs with food preparation as requiredAdhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.Follow and adhere to all HACCP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements. Qualifications
A bit about you: You may have previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:
Great energy and a "Find the YES" positive attitude.Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.Ability to multi-task will be essential to this roleProfessional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public HolidaysExperience in a similar role is idealYou might be a Commercial Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experienceYou hold valid working rights for Australia Additional Information
