Operational ExcellenceOversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficient delivery of services and optimized workflows.Implement and refine organizational processes to enhance productivity and service quality.Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies, and governance requirements.Report to the board of directors on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.Skills & Experience Required1.
