Facilitate internal training programs, to ensure the team is equipped with cutting-edge tools and strategies.
Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and ensure client satisfaction with measurable results.
Promote a client-centric approach, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships.

Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficient delivery of services and optimized workflows.
Implement and refine organizational processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies, and governance requirements.
Report to the board of directors on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required 1.
Strategic Leadership Extensive experience in leading teams and driving organizational growth, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
Ability to craft and implement high-level strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
