Purpose of the Position
Australian Dairy Park (ADP) is a subsidiary of Ausnutria Australia.
ADP is a dairy business manufacturing formulated milk powders for infants, toddlers, and adults for domestic and overseas markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the emerging company in manufacturing and dairy industry as managing director.
In this full-time role based in Victoria, you will be responsible for Determines, formulates and reviews the general policy program and the overall direction of the organisation within the framework established by the board of directors.
What you'll be doing

Determining objectives, strategies, policies and programs for organisations
Providing overall direction and management to organisations
Authorising material, human and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programs
Monitoring and evaluating performance of organisations against organisational objectives and strategies
Consulting with senior subordinate staff and reviewing recommendations and reports
Preparing, or arranging for the preparation of, reports, budgets and forecasts and presenting them to governing bodies
Representing the organisation at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility
Selecting, or approving the selection of senior staff
Ensuring the organisation complies with company laws and other relevant legislation

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in managing director or similar higher managerial position, preferably in the same industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage complexity corporate matters
Strong analytical, strategical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful organisational operating systems
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
