Our business is growing, and we're seeking a dynamic up-and-comer to join our highly successful kitchen team.
Our Hotel has a great focus on unique and innovative urban design elements and technology.
We are accepting applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sous Chef.
You will be responsible for operating within the food and beverage team, ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills: Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 5 years in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen as a CDPExcellent customer relations, problem-solving, and time management skillsExtensive knowledge of various kitchen sectionsThe ability to multi-taskExtensive knowledge of kitchen operational procedures including ordering, stock handling, minimizing wastage, OHS requirements, and rosteringAbout you: You have a positive attitude and loads of initiativeYou are creativeYou are enthusiasticYou have a passionate work ethic as if you were the owner of the placeWhat's in it for you ...
