The network of more than 100 Vinnies Shops plays a vital part in funding Vinnies Victoria's programs and services, providing material assistance to those they help. Members and volunteers assist people in a way that promotes dignity, empowerment and sustainable pathways to change.About the RoleAs a 'trusted adviser' to the Group CEO and executive team, the Executive General Manager, People and Culture (EGM, P&C) sets Vinnies Victoria's people and culture vision, and leads the people and culture function. With accountability for driving the development and implementation of people and culture strategies, programs, policies, systems and processes, the EGM, P&C will ensure these practices are implemented in an efficient, effective, customer-focused and legally compliant manner. The appointee will encourage an organisation-wide commitment to quality and continuous improvement through leadership of data-informed development initiatives that address current and future business and people capability needs.
