Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Pioneer Credit are on the lookout for an experienced
Compliance Manager
who is ready for their next challenge.
As a newly created full time role in our Risk and Compliance team, we are looking for someone who has experience in this field and is ready to be the driving force behind our compliance systems, processes and policies.
You will be up to date with all applicable laws, code and standards and provide guidance, support and leadership to other team members and internal stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:Provide accurate and timely compliance advice and support to management and all business levels.Draft and maintain clear compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.Monitor and manage key registers in the governance, compliance, and risk system.Oversee breach management processes.Review and advise on training materials.Conduct compliance assessments and provide guidance and training.Ensure consistent application of the Risk Management and Corporate Governance Framework.Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal key stakeholders.To be considered, you will need to have:A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Law, or any related tertiary qualification.At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.Financial services industry knowledge is
highly desirable.A strong understanding of key industry regulations (Corporations Act, Privacy Act, AML/CTF Act, ASIC Act, National Consumer Protection Act).Excellent oral, written, organisational, and analytical skills.About Us:At Pioneer Credit, we prioritise a work-life balance and celebrate your unique experiences.
