About the Role As the Compliance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the RTO operations are fully compliant with the regulatory standards set by ASQA and the new Standards for RTOs 2025.
Your role will involve overseeing compliance frameworks and providing support and training to internal teams on compliance best practices.
This is a role that offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's compliance strategy.
Develop and implement audit strategies, organise necessary documentation, and lead audit processes.Stay informed on updates to the Standards for RTOs and ensure that all policies align with compliance obligations.Conduct training for staff and trainers to promote compliance awareness.Implement monitoring systems to assess adherence and identify areas for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement to maintain high standards of compliance and training quality.Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role you must hold the following qualifications and experience:
