Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Based at Geebung - free parking provided PA support to 2 Directors + Office Management Up to $80K + Super depending on experience Want to join a company where you will wake up every morning and LOVE going to work each and every day?

This is a newly created opportunity due to growth.
Ultimately, you will oversee the smooth running of the office to assist the 2 Directors/owners of the business to be able to focus on the business rather than getting bogged down in administration and the day to day.

Your ability to take ownership of your role, understand how the business works and be able to take on extra responsibility over time will see you continue to grow and develop in your role as the business continues to grow.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee smooth run of the office Provide PA support to 2 Directors Liaise with clients on behalf of the Directors Diary Management and email management Travel and accommodation bookings Ensure insurances and licences are up to date Get cars organised for service etc Maintain basic HR documentation for new staff Assist with staff inductions Order uniforms Organise staff events, morning teas etc Documentation using MSOffice + in-house Project Management system Ordering stationery and office supplies Ad hoc administrative and organisational duties You will be absolutely PERFECT for this role if you:
You are a driven, motivated individual who loves what they do Have proven PA or administration experience and great at ensuring an office runs smoothly You have outstanding organisational and communication skills Want to grow and develop with a business as they continue to grow Happy to take on more menial tasks, but also the ability to take on the more complex tasks and challenges that may come within the role Have an interest in working in the construction industry Most importantly, you are a team player who enjoys building excellent relationships within your managers, team and clients
