As a Talent Officer at Brisbane Catholic Education, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract and engage top candidates.
In this role, you'll work closely with other members of the talent team and hiring managers to develop compelling job advertisements and manage postings across various platforms.
Join us in creating a positive impact on our community by helping build strong, dedicated teams who support our mission in education.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage job advertisements.Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.About you:To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.A commitment to equity and inclusion.About the organisation:Brisbane Catholic Education is the second largest non-Government employer in Queensland and proudly holds the title of the largest diocese in the state.
