About the Role As a Technology Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, including HRIS implementations and data transformation initiatives.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of HRIS implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Oversee data transformation initiatives, driving insights and value through innovative solutions.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.Ensure effective communication across all levels, providing regular updates to stakeholders.About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a strong understanding of HRIS implementations and data-focused initiatives.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).Experience in vendor management and coordinating diverse teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.A relevant qualification in IT, business, or project management is highly desirable.What's in It for You?
