Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end software development phases from concept through to final testing.
Analyze business requirements and deliver new software projects.
Provide simple software solutions to complex problems which help our customers.
Participate in and contribute to project planning and road-mapping of features.
Prioritize, organize and build what matters to the business.
Work on both Scrum (iterative) or Waterfall (sequential) process-based software projects.
Manage and organize projects and teams using tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
Provide direction and articulate a clear vision, strategy, scope, and success metrics to teams, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when required.
Communicate with team members across different time zones to find the best solutions to difficult problems.
Set priorities and goals for teams, track progress, and manage both internal and customer expectations.
Project reporting that gives good visibility to the team, management, and customers.
Directly impact strategic decisions of the business.
Ensure seamless project execution, efficiency, and quality through documenting learnings for continued growth.
Innovate within the business and sphere of the product management role.
Experience:
Demonstrated Product Management experience in cloud software products and driving agile development and releases.
Shipping quality products that delivered high benefits for both business and customers.
Product management background or technical/analyst background, understanding the challenges of varying roles on the team.
An analytical thinker - let metrics and facts influence your product prioritization and strategy.
Experienced in unbiased customer research.
Collaborative approach - you can consider others' ideas, implement new methods, surface and resolve disagreements, and empathize with users.
