Working as a Logistics Coordinator, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the logistics team with the primary focus being around special deliveries
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.
From inbound and outbound shipments to inventory control and customer liaison, this role is the backbone of our logistics operations.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors, and delivery partners on matters relating to delivery and transport of products.Running regular logistics reports for the team.Tracking deliveries and updating customers and stakeholders as required.Assisting in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes.Ensuring proper data record retention according to the country regulations.And much more
