This includes humility and technical proficiency to display expertise in both complicated and complex systems.Communication: this is the key human-factors attribute required to be successful as a Paramedic Educator within Aeromedical Operations.
Delivery of information during face-to-face sessions is required to meet a range of knowledge and experience across both medical and aviation teams, and the paramedic educator must adapt their style to meet the key learning objectives they have developed.Project Management: a core component of a Paramedic Educator in Aeromedical Operations is to develop, deliver and evaluate the programs and competency-based assessments to train and maintain Critical Care Paramedics.
