With nearly 50 venues across five key brands in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and America, our growing team is on the lookout for a passionate, professional and fun casual Kitchen Supervisor for our Archie Brothers venue in Docklands, VIC.

What You'll Do Preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food; Adhering to our high level of food presentation; Ordering and stocktake; Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness; Championing kitchen health and safety; and Training and supporting the casual kitchen team members. What You've Got Experience working in a busy kitchen. A desire to take your supervising/management skills to the next level. Excellent communication skills - this is key for any successful candidate in our national business. Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead. A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures. Self-motivation but also the ability to work in a team. A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude.
