We are looking for a hands-on Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join Stockland Point Cook based in Melbourne, VIC.
As our friendly onsite Grounds and Maintenance Officer, you will be kept on your feet assisting across a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks ensuring the continued comfort, safety and happiness of our valued retail customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about what they do, enjoys variety and would like to make a real difference in our Shopping Centre.
Your tasks will include: Assuming responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the Centre including but not limited to general maintenance, tiling, painting, and other works as requested.
Timely and effective resolution of assigned tasks.
Supporting processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained and sustainable Centre.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships.
Manage and maintain gardens and lawns if required.
About You: We are looking for someone with hands on experience in a similar type of role.
You will have clear communication and good people skills.
