Western Sydney Machine Operators Immediate start We are seeking Machine Operators/Assemblers on a casual ongoing basis, for our client based in Marsden Park.
These key positions will contribute to the production of state-of-the-art containment systems for data centres.
Permanency may be offered after a qualifying period.
The Position: Machine Operator specific training will be provided: Operation of machinery, including CNC cutting machines, automated welding equipment, press brakes, and other specialized tools to fabricate and assemble containment system components.
Monitor product quality and adherence to specifications by conducting routine checks, measurements, and inspections during production runs.
Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain high product standards.
Perform machine setups and calibrations based on production requirements, including loading materials, selecting appropriate tooling, and adjusting machine parameters.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Use of hand tools (Drills, spanners, etc.)
Lifting and moving materials weighing approx.
15-20kgs.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain precision in repetitive tasks.
Working within a small team environment and with minimal supervision.
Working in a fast-paced environment.
Achieving production targets.
What you need to succeed: Full working rights.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to metal fabrication, welding, or similar processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
