About The Role
We're on the hunt for an Administration and Purchasing Officer to join the dynamic DJC Systems team.
This is a permanent part time (25 hours per week) role, office based in Blackburn.
School hours can be accommodated.
Duties include but are not limited to
Processing invoices & bills Managing records & receipts Placing orders through various suppliers Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery Processing employee expenses Accounts receivable / debtors Staff travel Ordering stationery / kitchen goods Stocktakes on cars and stockroom About You
You will ideally have previous administration experience in a fast paced office environment.
Attention to detail is paramount as is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Myob and purchasing experience would be highly regarded.Previous experience with an MSP and in Connectwise would be a bonus.
