Operating out of a long-established and newly developed office in a top-performing network, we are looking for an experienced sales Personal Assistant/Associate to support one of the most dynamic agents in the area with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and service to customers that is second to none

Your duties and responsibilities will consist of:
Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateralPrepare and process Contracts and Form 6sLiaise with vendors and buyersDatabase entry and managementAssisting with Open Homes and Private InspectionsDiary managementLiaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement processSocial Media Marketing/advertising campaignsOrganising photography/stylingPreparing Vendor reportsGeneral administration and ad-hoc dutiesThe successful Candidate: Current QLD Real Estate Registration - EssentialPrior Real Estate experience is a MUST
