The Operations Director leads the implementation of the business strategy across all elements of the business, including production, quality, safety, operational efficiency, maintenance, capital investment, risk and compliance:
Develop and execute the company's operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and ensure seamless coordination between departments.Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an energetic culture that is respectful, collaborative and focused.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to enhance collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Implement and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the food, beverage or dairy industry;Experience leading cross functional leaders across production, technical, engineering, risk, HR and finance;Demonstrated track record of successfully driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards of food production;To apply online, please click on the apply function.
