Get Real Finance is a boutique Mortgage Broking company based in the heart of Fortitude Valley, which produces high volumes of business and even higher levels of customer service. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Please DO NOT apply if you have not had minimum 5 years experience as a Mortgage Broker.
The successful applicant must have the following attributes: Have a strong work ethicBe highly organised and have high attention to detailBe well presentedHave a friendly and confident phone mannerBe able to work as part of a team but also be self-motivatedHave high interpersonal/communication skillsCare for work colleagues and the clients we serveBe computer literate - having skills over a variety of software applications.Experience with Mercury software is preferredExperience with SMSF, FHGS, Residential and Construction lending is essentialExperience with Equipment & Asset Finance applications is preferred.Understand the current NCCP/BID requirements of the industryHave a vast understanding of all banking policiesExperience working with Connective Aggregator is preferredPreference will be given to NEXUS/Mercury users.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential for this position Your primary responsibilities will include: Meet with potential clients to assess their needs face to face or onlineConduct loan interviews and ensure all information and supporting documentation is receivedCompiling and collating loan applicationsDatabase management and updating of client files throughout application processLoan structuring and submission to lendersFollowing and managing loans through to settlementCommunicating with lenders, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents etc. to ensure deadlines are metKeeping clients informed of loan progressAchieving monthly KPI targets determined by the DirectorYou must be capable of providing outstanding customer service, managing your own files and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
