Seeking another broker to join our team located in Brisbane's northern suburbs, close to the freeway and public transport.
You:Professional but easy-going nature.Dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking as a minimum.Experience in attaining KPI's.Strong computer skills; knowledge and experience of CRM advantageous.Problem solver.The Role:This role will require you to use your experience and initiative.
You will be able to be autonomous whilst also collaborating, educating, and guiding.

Your day to day:Seek and meet new clients; we have a diverse range of client referrals who need your helpUsing your expertise, provide advice and recommendations on appropriate products.Liaise with our support staff to provide exceptional service in all aspects of the process.Engage with industry partners, from lenders to solicitors and all in between, with courtesy and professionalism to ensure our clients' needs are met.Maintain your knowledge of what is on trend in our industry and CPD.Achieve over and above very realistic KPI's.Through self-promotion via different channels, bring in clientele to this business.The helpful stuff:Back office support, helping you achieve moreFantastic CRM system.Supportive culture.Potential to grow your base salary along with great uncapped commissions.Working arrangements with flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
