Administration Officer - Insurance Services
6 Month Contract - Located in heart of the Brisbane CBD
Pay: $35.86 per hour + Super + Temp to Perm Potential

Position Overview:
Gain valuable experience supporting the Insurance Services Business Unit at one of Australia's largest superannuation funds, providing top-tier service to a diverse range of internal and external customers, and playing a pivotal role in facilitating the management of various claim types from lodgement to insurer decision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Insurance Services business unit with administrative duties, including updating schedules, coordinating meetings, and tracking action items.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless support for the Insurance Services unit.
Execute payment tasks meticulously, prioritizing our members and customers' satisfaction while complying with established procedures.
Uphold the accuracy of customer records by updating information across all systems and ensuring all processing meets required standards.
Provide basic administrative assistance to both internal and external customers, directing complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
Complete a data entry test: minimum of 95% accuracy and 6k keystrokes per hour.

Desirable attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in producing reports and documentation
Customer service mindset
Sound computer literacy
Experience in insurance and super is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (particularly in handling backlogs)
