Senior FP&A Manager - Exciting Opportunity with a Global Wholesale Distribution BusinessThe CompanyOur client is a leading global player in the wholesale distribution industry with a strong international presence. Known for its innovative approach and industry-leading solutions, the company offers a collaborative work environment, flexible work arrangements, and continuous opportunities for growth and professional development.The RoleAs the Senior FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis function across the organization. You will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and supporting decision-making processes that drive the company's growth. Key responsibilities include:Preparation and analysis of monthly consolidated management reportsLeading the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goalsPerforming in-depth variance analysis and providing insightful commentary on financial performanceManaging the preparation and distribution of key financial reports, including daily/weekly flash reportsDriving business case development and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic initiativesCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to identify process improvementsPartnering with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business performance optimizationAbout YouCA/CPA qualified (or near completion)6+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting, ideally within a multinational or large corporate environmentProven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processesAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlinesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsInterested?Apply via the link provided or send your CV to Matt at ******.
