The Opportunity
We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our well-established Transport team in Brisbane on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the activities of the Transport market sector.
General tasks include word processing, formatting, document production, and collation of bids, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and then finalization of records.

Other responsibilities include:
Ensuring documents are accurate, timely, and well-presented.
Managing downloading and uploading of information to tender portals as appropriate and/or submission of bids via other means.
Checking submissions are in accordance with client's requirements.
Receiving and distributing tender addenda.
Coordinating and planning functions/conferences as requested.
Assisting with keeping CVs up-to-date in BidConnect.
Assisting with preparing, submitting, and maintaining Project Profiles in BidConnect.
Organizing Bronze, Silver, and Gold Reviews, as required.
Keeping abreast of upcoming bids.
Attending Local Weekly Business Unit Meetings.
Undertaking any other task as directed by the Transport Managers or Bid Leads.
Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role or considerable experience in project administration along with an 'eye for detail', be organized, show high initiative, be enthusiastic, professional, and committed.
You will also have excellent MS suite skills and experience in database management.
