In this role, you will provide administrative support to the activities of the Transport market sector.
General tasks include word processing, formatting, document production and collation of bids, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and finalisation of records.Other responsibilities include:Ensures documents are accurate, timely and well-presentedManages downloading and uploading of information to tender portals as appropriate and/or submission of bids via other meansChecks submissions are in accordance with client's requirementsReceives and distributes tender addendaCoordinates and plans functions/conferences as requested;Assists with keeping CVs up-to-date in BidConnect;Assists with preparing, submitting and maintaining Project Profiles in BidConnect;Organises Bronze, Silver and Gold Reviews, as required;Keeps abreast of upcoming bidsAttends Local Weekly Business Unit Meetings.Undertakes any other task as directed by the Transport Managers or Bid LeadsWho are you?To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role or considerable experience in project administration along with an 'eye for detail', organised, high initiative, enthusiastic, professional and committed.
