Part Time Roster (20 hours per week):

Monday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
Tuesday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
Wednesday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
Thursday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
Friday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm

Travel will be required for this role.
The successful applicant will join our Melbourne West Area relief team and support surrounding branches.

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief you'll:

Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs.
Support customers with enquiries and process applications for credit products.
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology.
Problem solve & provide effective solutions while championing our processes.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
The ability to ask the right questions and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Ability to work in a busy retail environment while providing holistic solutions.
A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank.
