Full time Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our Property Management division to support one of our premier client portfolios based in Brisbane CBD.
This role will see you accountable for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services across a portfolio of Healthcare and Industrial Assets in Queensland.
Here's a snapshot of your day:Maintain building operations to deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the Industrial assets.Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management.Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders, and client.Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.Work as a part of an experienced Facilities Management Team and deliver exceptional results.Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful:Facilities Management experience with a strong focus on Industrial assets.Experience within compliance, sustainability, and strong knowledge of Fire and Mechanical Services.Contractor management experience in commercial or industrial building environments.A strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction.Proven capabilities in managing Capex and operating expenditure budgets.Effectively managing several functions and projects simultaneously.So, what's in it for you?Working alongside an experienced and established team/leader.In the paddock exposure with clients, covering Western Australia.Flexibility and freedom to show initiative to do your best work.The opportunity to join a Global brand with a growing national team.Our company is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional and career development.About us:CBRE is the world's leading & largest commercial real estate services & investment firm; a growing & visionary organisation, comprised of the best & brightest professionals.
