About the Housing Delivery and Asset Maintenance (HD&AM) Directorate
The Housing Delivery & Asset Maintenance (HD&AM) is responsible for the delivery of the agency's 2024-25 $588 million Asset Investment Program (AIP), overseeing the delivery of almost 5,000 social housing dwellings to 2027-28 including residential new builds, major projects, complex programs, capital grants programs, spot purchasing and land acquisition along with the maintenance of over 45,000 public housing properties across WA.
The Opportunity
The Governance and Risk Manager leads governance and risk planning activities under the HD&AM Directorate, including social housing construction, spot purchasing, refurbishment and maintenance programs, complex programs and major projects to ensure that appropriate governance is in place to support AIP outcomes.
The position manages the governance and risk planning and coordination of Communities' AIP and infrastructure projects through the translation of the social housing business strategy into social housing initiatives and programs of work.
