About the role BaptistCare Blue Hills is seeking Carers to join their team on a permanent part time basis working 48hrs a fortnight.As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.
Duties will include Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medication and simple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveSkills & Experience Have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support OR willing to completeA born listener, you're genuinely curious to know and understand peopleYour care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagiousYou rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcomeAbout BaptistCare Blue Hills Located in the heart of Prestons, BaptistCare Blue Hills Manor is a welcoming and homely aged care residence, offering 67 single bedrooms.
located onsite with BaptistCare Blue Hills Retirement Village.
Co-located withBaptistCare Blue Hills Retirement Village, the home offers 24-hour, care and support to residents.
Our support caters to all needs and requirements, whilst empowering residents to retain their sense of independence.
There are plenty of areas for residents to enjoy, from the communal lounge room to beautifully landscaped gardens, our home is your home to enjoy.
