Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing
This renowned organisation is proud to deliver an important and essential service to Victorians.

You will have a seat at the table where you can strategically add value to your customers in areas of risk and performance management and continuous improvement.
Located in the CBD in modern offices and hybrid arrangements, you will join a robust team with a supportive manager.
Key Responsibilities Engage with category leads/managers and stakeholders to align objectives, and to create and strengthen partnerships with suppliers across multiple strategic service contracts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement strategic sourcing plans and manage communication with supplier side stakeholders.
Ensure successful growth, diversity and streamlining of suppliers both onshore and offshore.
Key Requirements Demonstrate strong commercial, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Be able to identify value, facilitate and lead joint value chain planning as a collaborative activity.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the ability to manage priorities and adapt to meet requirements of the team and business stakeholders.
