Contributing to a positive working environment and learning culture, this role will support our People & Culture team, with a focus on administrative support for the Learning and Development function.What you'll do:Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRISContribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activitiesClearly communicate training information to staffLiaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedbackSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new startersProvide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requestsProvide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communicationProvide overall support towards P&C initiatives and projects including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives.About you:A passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experienceTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related disciplineIntermediate experience with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred previous experience in an Administration roleTech-savvy, with the ability to pick up and learn new software systems quicklyA drive to learn across all areas of People and CultureAbility to work both autonomously and in a team environmentStrong time management and organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detailStrong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skillsHow you'll benefit:Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industryComplimentary Health checks including Skin ChecksPaid parental leave for both primary and secondary care giversFast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops and retreatsKapitol values diversity and aims to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces and respects differences.
