Full Time Role with Market leading Water Tank Manufacturer We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our friendly team at Epping, VIC
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our friendly, professional and highly driven Service & Warranty team to focus on the repairs and servicing of steel rainwater tanks, pumps and equipment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Service and repairs to rural, built on site tanks, including removing and replacing liners, roofs, trusses, wall sheets and anodes.
Perform duties in accordance with relevant SWMS, Policies and Procedures.
Perform quality inspections of completed products.
Ensure compliance with relevant OHS legislation.
Maintain communication, and report on job status and repair issues with the team.
Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About You:
Previous experience in labouring, trades assistant, plumber's assistant, customer-facing fieldwork or remote work, which would include prolonged days away from home.
Full Unrestricted manual driver's license.
Full Unrestricted manual MR license ideal, or a willingness to obtain.
Ability to take and pass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical as required.
Tickets - Current First Aid Certificate, Construction White Card, Working At Heights, Confined Spaces, EWP, Forklift or a willingness to obtain.
Ability to pass a national Police Check.
Ensure compliance with relevant OHS legislation, SWMS, and safety procedures.
Customer service focused with the ability to remain professional when communicating with customers.
Ability to withstand frequent and prolonged manual handling, including handling heavy loads and performing physical tasks in sometimes difficult conditions.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Basic PC skills.
