Various Mental Health Positions for the Stepped Care Model Job No: NWRH131
Location: Cairns/ Townsville/ Mackay/ Georgetown
NWRH is part of a Regional Provider Network, that is taking a new approach to delivering client centred mental health services.
Partnering with several providers, our services take a collaborative approach, integrating different aspects of the mental health care system, to deliver a cohesive, easy to access, system of mental health care.
We are seeking mental health professionals who are willing to work as part of this system and who are committed to the key guiding principles:

NWRH is currently recruiting to various roles based in Cairns or Mackay; including Psychologists (various levels), Accredited Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Occupational Therapists and Accredited Mental Health Social Workers to join our team as a Mental Health Professional .
We are also looking to hire Journey Coordinators based in Townsville or Georgetown .
We offer starting salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus 5 weeks annual leave, relocation assistance and other benefits.
These roles are offered on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your lifestyle.
Primary to this role, is delivering quality client centred mental health assessment, treatment and/or case coordination services, in an integrated, stepped care model of service delivery.
This is a voluntary service, for clients of all levels of complexity, and across the lifespan.

Suitable professions for Mental Health Professionals include:
Registered Psychologists (Provisional Psychologists are welcome and encouraged to apply) Mental Health Accredited Nurse (Mental Health Nurses eligible or working towards ACMHN will also be considered) Mental Health Accredited Social Workers Mental Health Occupational Therapists First Nations Australians, people with lived experience, those who come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and/or represent the LGBTQI+ community are warmly embraced as part of our team.

The range of additional benefits include:
Up to $15,900 salary sacrificing; Annual leave loading of 17.5%; 5 weeks annual leave; Have your birthday off on us
Flexible working arrangements available that supports work-life balance; Recognition of Service ($500 after 2 years of service)

You will need a current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence; All final applicants will be asked to consent to a criminal record check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Blue card (if not AHPRA registered); You must have the right to live and work in Australia; First Nations Australians are strongly encouraged to apply.
