Beamtree is seeking an experienced and dynamic director to join their operations team.
As a leader in healthcare data analytics and AI decision support, Beamtree is dedicated to improving patient outcomes by transforming data into actionable insights.
The Delivery Director will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of their innovative solutions across healthcare services in Australia and internationally, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality project outcomes.

About the role:
As Delivery Director, you will oversee the project management function, focusing on implementing Beamtree's suite of software solutions for healthcare clients.
A key priority is leading the delivery governance for their autonomous clinical record coding solution.
You will standardise project methodologies and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring consistent delivery quality and customer success.
This role will also contribute to contract renewals and cross-selling by fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor the autonomous project team, fostering collaboration and resolving issues.Develop and implement standardised project delivery methodologies across Australia and international markets.Ensure high-quality client implementations, particularly for autonomous clinical coding solutions.Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation to meet financial constraints and client expectations.Monitor project KPIs and ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.Provide regular reports to senior management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have over 10 years of experience managing complex healthcare projects, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with experience managing diverse teams and fostering client relationships.
Your expertise in project management software, combined with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, will be key to driving success.
