The hub of communications for the hotel, the Royal Service team provides effective and engaging information to hotel guests and our colleagues.
Together, let's turn moments into memories.Offer professional, consistent, friendly and engaging serviceProcess all external and internal calls by redirecting calls or directly assisting the callerTake ownership of the caller's request and ensure follow-up according to the hotel's standardsMaintain knowledge and awareness of all departments within the hotel, in particular Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Food & BeverageMaintain accurate records of guest calls to maintain data integrityServe as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotelMaintain knowledge of the hotel's emergency proceduresEnsure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiativesAdhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiativesCarry out any other tasks as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skillset includes:Previous customer service experience an assetMust possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, with the ability to make effective decisionsDemonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain high service levels under pressureAbility to consistently stand and walk throughout shiftYou may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
