Senior leadership position to drive strategy and growth in a pivotal market segment for our client Management opportunity for senior and strong performing property finance originator Highly visible role in a rapidly growing business with institutional backing, you set the growth agenda Our client is seeking to appoint a new lead for coverage of the New South Wales property finance market.
This multi-billion dollar property finance company is focused on sub $100mio loans into the residential construction, land subdivision and retained stock marketplace.
The business is in a period of rapid expansion after a change in ownership and subsequent injection of capital.
Deals are structured as secured, senior secured, working capital, bridge financing, mezzanine finance, and preferred equity.
This role is a newly created role after the success of similar structures in other states across Australia.
The opportunity for growth in New South Wales is exceptional but requires strong leadership and strategic direction from a senior candidate, active in the market.
The role will lead a team of over 10 property finance structuring professionals at a range of levels.
Some of these employees are in place and others will be hired by the incoming head.
We are seeking candidates with a deep track record in origination within the sub $100mio loan market, the candidate must have deep experience of credit structuring, pricing and legal negotiation/documentation.
The successful candidate should have led origination and relationship management teams, this experience will most likely come from a corporate bank.
Candidates with experience in the non-bank or private credit space with the capability to step up into leadership will also be considered.
