We are currently seeking a Trucking Coordinator for our dynamic and fast-paced Cargo Operation located at Melbourne International Airport.
This role is set Monday-Friday.
About the role:
Help drive OH&S awareness and compliance Coordinate the efficient movement and accurate record keeping of freight Ascertain daily work schedules, allocate tasks and meet daily customer and performance objectives Clear communication with drivers, colleagues and customers Ensure correct handling of dangerous goods and perform dangerous goods inspections Complete all documentation and system input To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and capabilities:
Understand OHS requirements and proactively ensure compliance Experience in import and export operations or similar Dangerous goods knowledge and acceptance certificate Excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail and computer skills Work autonomously as well as be part of a team Bachelor in Aviation - not essential but desirable How do your skills match this job?
