Due to huge growth potential, the business has created a new role, leading the New South Wales & ACT teams to drive further market share growth across all channels.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve sales results, increase accounts and enhance the company's footprint across the NSW & ACT market.
You will lead the integration of separate teams into one high performing & cohesive unit, ensuring customers across all channels receive the highest quality of service and value is added at every touch point.
Responsibilities: Lead team to maximise sales and achieve targetsCoach, mentor and develop your teamOversee change management projectsExpand team by recruiting additional, high performing team membersSupport team to identify new business opportunities & develop specific action plansDevelop & maintain strong relationships with key customers & corporate accountsWork cross-functionally with wider teamAttend trade shows Skills and Experience required: Displayed Sales Management expertise (healthcare essential)Superior account management capabilitiesProven sales coaching & mentoring capabilitiesSuperior territory planning capabilitiesCollaborative, supportive & team player mentalityDisplayed commercial acumenSuperior communication & negotiation skillsDisplayed analytics expertise How to Apply:
