Estimator - Insurance Building

Your new company, Our client, are Master Builders Green Living accredited and specialise in the building & restoration Victorian market.
They are currently seeking an experienced and passionate estimator to join the team and report directly to the Operations Manager.
As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and analysing building costs, ensuring our clients receive accurate and fair evaluations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide estimating support to Operations & Major Loss Managers.Assist with training and mentoring of the estimating team.Attend site and complete detailed assessments on domestic and commercial buildings inclusive of minor to major loss.Undertake initial inspections, provide detailed causation reports and cost estimates, utilising company estimating tools and rate cards.Oversee Sales / Estimator budget including planning, forecasting and timelines.Liaise closely with loss adjusters and insurers, monitoring approval rates.Strategic review of wins & losses with senior management.Managing client expectations, providing periodic updates, ensuring the best customer experience by building strong customer relationships through communication.Build new & leverage existing relationships with key personnel in the insurance industry.What You'll Need to SucceedAt least 3 years experience in Insurance Estimating including large loss claims is essential.Very strong all-round communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.A commitment to safety with sound knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.Experience in negotiation, facilitating, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Trade qualification such as carpentry would be highly regarded.What You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary with regular reviews.A friendly and cohesive team environment.Join a business with exceptional team culture.Career advancement opportunities throughout your career.Social club on-site gym.Regular celebrations & trips.If this sounds like your next role, please apply now or contact Fuse Recruitment on .
