We are seeking a full-time Client Support Officer to work in the office, joining the energetic team.

Key role responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client service to the clients of Invest Blue, through the provision of initial and ongoing support.
Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate support and administration assistance to the financial advisers in the office to deliver an excellent client experience.
Proactive interaction with clients and advisers to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records.
Work in progress reporting and task management.
Proactive phone calls and client contact to ensure ongoing support services are delivered.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience providing exceptional client service within a client-facing environment.
Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets and activities with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and within a well-defined compliance framework.
Experience with using financial planning software (e.g., Salesforce) desirable, but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Desirable but not mandatory - Tertiary qualifications in business administration or financial services or a related discipline (completed or near completion) Standard background checks include but are not limited to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.
Remuneration package offered ranges between $65,000 - $75,000 inclusive of superannuation , dependent on level of education and experience .
