Inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the surrounding neighbourhood, Ovolo the Valley draws guests into a whimsical oasis of colour and art, with surprising hints of quirkiness, custom wallpaper, eccentric furniture, and illustrations curated throughout all its spaces.
Designed for effortless living, Ovolo the Valley features 103 guest rooms, Tel Aviv-inspired Restaurant ZA ZA TA and bar KAZBA, multiple event spaces, and a rooftop pool.The GigResponsibilitiesFrom booking to check-out and beyond, as our Guest Service Agent (Wonder Maker) you'll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests.
Your contagious enthusiasm teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests will fill our lobbies with a special kind of sparkle that'll keep people coming back for more.
This is a Full-time position and will require flexibility within availability.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Greeting guests as they enter the hotelChecking in & out guests Modify and adjust guest bookings accordinglyPromote the hotel and all it has to offerMake suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the areaAttending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and websiteSupporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations About YouAt Ovolo, we are all about YOU.

You have a strong passion for customer service and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.

Ideally you will have previous front office experience, however if you have the right bubbly personality, we want to hear from you
