Front Office Guest Service Agent (Casual or PT)The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group has an exciting new opportunity available for casual and/or part-time Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office Team.
This is a highly rewarding and exciting role, offering great career potential and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of industry professionals and well-established global brands. About Us The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel, and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces, we are located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
About the Role Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to exceed guest expectations.Maintain strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.Liaise with internal departments in a proactive manner to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.About You A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Third-Party Agents is preferred.Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent grooming and presentation.The ability and flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary; newcomers to the industry are welcome to apply.Access to own transport.The Benefits for You Fun & flexible work environment.We love to celebrate – through reward & recognition programs, benefits, regular team events & fun days.Sense of belonging through diversity & inclusion.Learning & development for your career progression.Refer a friend bonus.Subsidized onsite parking & discounted Air Train weekly pass.We thank all interested parties in advance for their applications; however, only successful applicants will be contacted.
