Your Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you won't just be checking guests in—you'll be crafting memorable moments and building lasting connections. Here's what your exciting role will entail:
Warm Welcomes: Greet every guest with a radiant smile and guide them to their rooms, ensuring their journey begins on a high note.
Seamless Check-Ins: Make the check-in and check-out process smooth and delightful, leaving guests eager to return.
Reservation Maestro: Handle incoming calls and reservations with finesse, creating a personal touch in every interaction.
Personal Touch: Keep guest profiles updated, ensuring we celebrate their preferences and special requests.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address guest concerns with professionalism and confidence, turning challenges into opportunities for connection.
Sparkling Spaces: Maintain our public areas, ensuring they shine as brightly as our service
What You Bring:
A Dazzling Personality: A warm, engaging smile that brightens any room and makes guests feel at home.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is great; familiarity with Protel PMS is a bonus—but your passion is what truly counts
Service Passion: A genuine commitment to quality and a knack for creating unforgettable experiences.
Flexibility & Resilience: Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure—every day is a new adventure
Excellent Communication Skills: Your verbal and written skills will help you connect with guests and team members alike.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to keep everything running smoothly.
