We're looking for dynamic Team Leaders to join our team. If you're passionate about leading your team to excellence, this role is perfect for you. The Opportunity The Department of Transport is looking for an experienced Driver Compliance Team Leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Driver Compliance Team.
This includes managing and maintaining the complaints database, assessing driver licenses, and overseeing the appointment, performance, and compliance of both internal and external providers.
They will also make recommendations for regulatory and operational interventions as needed.
The Driver Compliance Team Leader will cultivate and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and service providers throughout Western Australia.
This role ensures the delivery and ongoing enhancement of driver training and assessment services.
Responsibilities include auditing stakeholders involved in Practical Driver Assessments and overseeing the delivery of relevant training programs.
If you hold a HC and R class license, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to design, deliver, and analyse training requirements, this role is for you.
Currently there is one permanent full-time position available, along with other similar roles offered on a fixed-term full-time basis for 12-18 months, with the possibility of extension and or permanency. About you Demonstrate training experience and understanding of adult learning principles.Demonstrate experience in auditing performance in a regulatory environment.Demonstrate heavy vehicle and motorcycle knowledge and experience.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and cultivate strong, productive working relationships.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and carry out a variety of duties through being flexible and adaptable to suit customer needs.How to Apply Apply online by clicking the 'Apply for Job' button (above and below) and provide the following documents in Word or PDF format only.
